Objectives:

After studying this module, assistants will:

• Have an understanding of allergies and the different signs and symptoms
• Be aware of common allergy triggers
• Be able to offer lifestyle advice for identifying the allergens  and take measures to avoid them
• Be knowledgeable about the role of OTC products in treating allergies.
